Payment

For artworks the payment is arranged with an IBAN transfer. For prints there is also a quick pay or a revolute option. Once the payment is completed, we are committed to ship the artefacts immediately to you.

Shipping

Eleni Phyla art studio is physically located in the mountains of Cyprus. We ship internationally. Shipping times and shipping costs vary according to your location, a tracking number is provided. All the artworks and prints are accompanied with their authenticity certificate.

We handle the artworks with extra care so that they arrive to you at their best condition! Big canvases are carefully wrapped in a roll and shipped in a tube, unless otherwise stated. Smaller artworks (usually less than 100 x 100 cm) are shipped stretched, in a carton box. Prints are shipped in a tube.

Depending on your order you will be notified very precisely for all the above, before continuing to the payment – this is why, we prefer the one to one communication via email.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns, but we do our best and we are happy to provide supplementary information like extra photos, details of the artwork, a studio visit if possible, so that you are sure you want to proceed.
